Shipping Policy
Momentos's boxed fragrances and samples packs are shipped worldwide with DHL. Your order will come to your door. We can not deliver to PO box addresses. Momentos asks that you detail your phone number and email address to receive tracking notifications. All care will be taken with your orders: any issues need to be reported by email. Momentos is committed to our exchange policy should damaged goods be received through no fault of your own.
Wholesale orders are calculated by weight, location and a bulk-discount order may apply. Wholesale orders are received by email and a customised shipping strategy and price will be communicated by email.
Our shipping prices and delivery costs are included in your product purchase price, but due to shipping cost increases, this will change from 1st January 2024. Starting in 2024, costs will be added to your retail purchase at check out or the shopping cart, and wholesale shipping costs will be communicated through personalised email correspondence. For the remainder of 2023, some local (Australia and New Zealand) retail orders may be shipped by either Sendle or Australia Post; and Momentos may choose to personally deliver bulk wholesale orders to a central Melbourne location.
