Shipping & Delivery
Momentos's boxed fragrances and sample packs are shipped worldwide via DHL, with door-to-door service. We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses. Please ensure you provide a valid phone number and email address at checkout to receive tracking notifications for your order. We aim to dispatch all retail orders within 3 business days of purchase. For wholesale orders, dispatch times and delivery schedules will be communicated via email on a case-by-case basis.
For retail orders within Australia and New Zealand, Momentos may occasionally use another authorised carrier, or personally deliver bulk wholesale orders to central Melbourne locations.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be added to your product cost from July 1st, 2025. From July 1st, shipping fees will be calculated and added at checkout for all retail orders. Wholesale shipping costs will continue to be calculated based on order weight, destination, and bulk discounts, and will be communicated through email or WhatsApp correspondence.
Product Returns & Exchanges
Momentos is committed to customer satisfaction. If you receive a damaged item through no fault of your own, please contact us via email to initiate an exchange. We kindly ask that you report any issues within 7 days of receiving your order.
